[ct-user] Multi.cfg problem solved

In the past, the file on the web page was a pure text file.  That file 
included the description lines that are still shown, but it was obvious 
that they were a part of the file.  When I HTML-ified the example, I guess 
the meaning was lost.

I will modify the example on the web to show a dummy first line.
