I forgot to mention that commands sent to the radio must be terminated with
the ";" character but do not require a carriage return, and that AI0; turns
off the "auto info" output. The default is OFF, at least on my radio.
My TS-930 with the PIIEXX board does not implement the "report only when
changes occur" mode, instead reporting the entire IF string of some 40
characters about 4 times a second...
