CT doesn't ask you what your ARRL section is when you enter the data for
this contest. So, it isn't really "missing" from the log since it was never
retrieved in the first place. Similar to the "missing" operator list since
CT doesn't ask you for that either.
Before Cabrillo, we always had to manually edit the summary sheet to add
this information (or at least we should have). So we should continue to
evaluate our entries before each contest to make sure they are complaint
with the contest sponsor's rules.
Of course, if CT asks for this information at the beginning of the contest,
that will provide a source of data...
