For 10 meter contest shouldn't it be

ARRL-SECTION:  NY

States are used not arrl sections
What happens if we alreasy submitted?
Should we send another corrected version or is it obvious from the
exchange?

The Cabrillo file should have a line like this near the top:

ARRL-SECTION: WNY

Of course, you should use the right section abbreviations.
