I've updated the CTVAULT with a little information from K1EA about 9.63
Win Beta (now released):
* COM ports - Use -enet for networking over Ethernet. All comports work
for radios, TNC and networks. CW keying does not work on COM ports.
* LPT ports - All LPT functions should work: CW keying, PTT, band info
out and radio1/radio2.
* DVP - is not supported at all.
