[ct-user] Command switches and CTwin

Right click on the executable and select 'create shortcut'.  Right click
on the new shortcut and add the switches after the exe name in the
'target' box.  Start ctwin using the shortcut instead of the exe.

Alternatively you can create a .bat file to start it.
