[ct-user] CTWin 9.91 problem

Has anyone else experienced a problem in using a rotor with CTWin version 
9.91.001?   When using CTWin version 9.87 and selecting the DCU-1 interface 
I had no problem with my Yaesu rotor, but after installing version 
9.91.001, Ctrl F-10 has no effect on rotor activation.  After reinstalling 
CTWin 9.87 everything is back to normal.  Please respond direct to
