[ct-user] CTWin 9.91.001: TNX Ken!

Hi All,

installed CTwin 9.91.001. This version makes me really happy! Now the 50 
line VGA mode is supported even in the Windows version. That's really 
great! This was the one thing I was really missing ...

Just one thing: Would be nice, if ALL window states and positions would be 
saved.
