It sounded like that could have been a problem, but I just checked and I do
have the RAC.DAT and OFFICIAL.RAC files. Mine are 5 years old however, but I
don't think that there are too many changes. The very first RAC I worked was
VE7RAC, which was scored as 10 points. As a matter of fact, all of the RAC
stations that I worked are contained in my OFFICIAL.RAC file, but were scored
10 points each.
