Yes, that is correct. The DX is not required to send anything beyond their
name. The Cabrillo format requires that field be filled with something. I
arbitrarily assigned "DX" to those fields. I could put in the standard country
prefix instead. Does anybody know what the other contest logging programs do
with this field?
