Hi:

That would be me.  I have an updated version of the instructions if
anyone is interested.  All of my machines dual-boot WindowsXP and
DOS. It takes me about 10 minutes - the first time will take you
longer.

I also have figured out a way to use modern ethernet chipsets
(most of them anyway) with CT DOS nettsr.

If anyone is interested, drop me an e-mail and I'll send you
updated instructions.
