[ct-user] CT: NP3D

What is the easiest way to get the NP3D guy who gave his section as NY in
ARRL 10 to not show up as KP4 (other than deleting the qso ! )

Do I have to go to the cty.dat file , take out np3 , fix the qso , run
writelog again the put np3 back in the cty.dat file. ?
