You probably need to run 10to9 (bin) to convert it to ver 9 since the c2a
only works on 9 (at least that is what I have to do and it works)

How do we convert NEQP to a TQ8 file for Log Book Of The World.
I tried converting the bin to AD1F then AD1F to TQ8, but TQSL does not
like NEQP and gives and error.
