I used CTWin 10 for the NEQP and had no problem uploading to LOTW using the
ADIF I generated....but like I said, I used 10to9 and then did the C2A on
the CT bin file...it worked perfectly

The latest version of C2Aad1f works on version 10 logs. Also the
latest version of ct2ad1f_win also
works on version 10 logs. I'm wondering if I have to go back to CT and
re-run the log as another
contest then convert that.
