More Diagnosis Partial Check Problem

Further investigation shows that both 10.03 and 10.04 crash out to DOS with
partial check F8 reading from an .DTA call data base.

It occurs only when the DVPTSR is loaded first, then doing the partial check
causes it to fail.

If I run NA 10.03 OR 10.04 without the DVPTSR loaded then they work fine.
