[na-user] More: JA Contest Anyone?

Thanks to K8CC for his reply on this subject. It looks like a RST and a
prefecture between 1 & 50 are the only obstacles to the non-JA station's
software setup.  I'll have to read over my NA manual tonight and see if
I can set this up for logging purposes.
