[na-user] Updating sections.mlt

I used Windows 95 Notepad to add NNY and NL to sections.mlt and NA does not
recognize the correct sections.mlt file.  I did notice that Windows gives
the new sections.mlt file a Notepad icon.  I thought Notepad was a ASCII
Text Editor.   Any suggestions ?    TNX
