Hi guys.

All this has been batted around in the CT reflector.  You cannot send CW in
XP using the same drivers as in 9x.  XP requires something called "kernel
drivers."  There's nothing that you can do with your setup to get CW to work
in XP.

The good news is that once the kernel drivers are used, it works just fine.
I am able to use CW with Win-EQF and CT Win on my XP Pro PC.

This is not a plug for any product just to let you know that it can work
with some changes in the program.
