Hi Dave,

These were mentioned to me by Tom Dandrea (EQF Software - Win-EQF.  I had
noticed that Win-EQF could do CW with Windows XP but that CT Win could not,
so I asked Tom how he did it.

He posted the answer on the CT Reflector and Ken got the software and
incorporated it into CT Win, which can now do CW in XP.

I believe that they enable you to address the hardware via the kernel rather
than directly wich XP does not allow.  I suggest that you ask Tom for the
real deal: n3eqf@eqf-software.com  You can tell him I suggested you contact
him.
