Don't think so. I believe in these cases you are entitled to
recover full costs of defending yourself.

Absolutely NOT. You have NO obligation toward her. And for God's
sake, don't impose restrictions on your operation of any type.
That sort of thing could become permanent! And that goes for any
band, and frequency, any time, and any
anything.

The point was well made that it's NOT your problem, but HERS.
