My Compaq is a high end system and came with JBL Pro speakers which are
relatively inexpensive amplified and shielded speakers and do not pick up any
RF setting 5 feet from a KW and 30 feet from 40,80 dipoles and 10-20 meter
quads. I do have a clip on 1 inch long ferrite (Radio Shack) on the computer
end, but do not know if it was needed or just a precaution. I would stick to
name brands as they are normally in compliance with the radiated and
susceptibility requirements of both US and Europe. The Mitsubishi Diamond Pro
87TXM is a good example of an RF clean 17 inch hi res monitor that is also
well tested and clean.

So what is a good make/model for a set of shielded speakers?
Any ideas on where to purchase them?

Thanks and 73,
