Guess the reflector strips out some of the formatting.
When I sent this article to myself the formatting remained
intact. But sending it through the reflector mangled it
just a bit.
Best to go to the source to get a "clean" copy if desired.
Not that the article was great--but at least it indicated some
of the issues that plague BPL.
