[RFI] BPL Comment -- It is already obsolete

I have been "reading the mail" on the subject of BPL. It seems a tragedy to me
that this technology is still being considered. Especially because it is already
obsolete!

Verizon has announce that it will offer high-speed wireless Internet service to
much of the country this Summer.
