So I just purchased a shiny new Icom 208H transceiver.  The
instruction manual has the same "This device complies with..." message
on it.   How come a 2M/70 CM rig "may not cause harmful interference"
and "must accept any interference"?

Part 15, Section 19 seems to require this labelling, but does not
explain (for me) what it means to a ham.  We can't interfere with
other services, fair enough, but what kind of interference do we have
to accept?
