[RFI] 20M Heterodyne

Is it my receiver or is there a heterodyne of some sort on 20M?  I hear it a
14.152, 14.213, 14.274, and 14.323.  I didn't check the dial calibration so
it might be +/- 1 KHz or so.  Since I hear it about every 60 KHz, it leads
me to believe it is my receiver, Collins 75S-3.
