EXACTLY THE FREQS  I HAVE BIRDS ON ....030,090,151,212,273......
my neighbor across the creek ( chicago river),I df's him and called 
within three days of his install, concedes that he had his IS people 
put in two wireless routers,,
i'll bet with CAT5 radiating along....
.

we'll detach them  to see if the problem is correctly identified.
then over there with a few ferrites,,,  which cleared MY identical issue.
