Unfortunately, the possibilities are almost limitless. The power
supplies for virtually all products now have switching power supplies,
everything from battery chargers for a mobility scooter and power tools,
to computers, TVs, indoor and outdoor lighting, radios. security
systems, etc.
If the noise is there 24/7 and it's coming out of a home, I'd think
first about a battery charger.
