Most likely one of the cables connected to the TV is acting like a
receive antenna on 40M. The first thing I would try is a choke tuned to
40M on the cable coming from Comcast. Second would be a choke on the AC
cable. Study the reference for winding instructions.
One piece of good news -- reports like this are pretty rare.
