[RFI] 17 meter signal

I am in Colorado and have noticed a station on 18.0855 sending a series 
of dits.  It seems to be propagating due to the fading.  It has been on 
for about two weeks.  My antenna says it is coming from the west of 
Colorado.  Is anyone else hearing this?  Can anyone get a fix on it?
