I went thru this a couple of years ago, posted my observations, and got a lot of helpful comments on this reflector. Please check the archives. There IS a strong chance of RFI for very high efficiency gas furnaces.... it comes from the variable speed fan drives. I ended up with a Carrier unit that is dead quiet, but there are horror stories about other brands in the archives.
