No, but my guess is that a good multi-turn ferrite choke on the power 
supply cable could help a lot. If there are multiple lights, you will 
probably need multiple chokes. I also see what looks like individual 
wires leaving what looks like a PSU. It could help a lot if all the 
wiring was twisted pair.
