Hi,
I have evidently had better luck than you with getting the FCC to act...
They will send letters, and have in three cases over the years here...
The last time was a few years ago. One has to document carefully,
attempt to solve the problem at a lower level first, and in all cases be
nice... They do act, but you have to do your homework. That is where
the site survey tool I run came from... It helps in documenting things...
73, and thanks,
Dave (NK7Z)

The FCC will not act unless the interference affects a public service,
commercial entity or government service such as the FAA. Unfortunately the FCC
these days consider Amateur Radio as a hobby, not and emergency service, and
will not react to our complaints. What are we going to tell them - the
interference impedes with my ability to operate in contests?
