[SD-User] Audit options.

SD/DOS has long had an audit option whereby a record of
all original QSOs and edits is written to a separate .AUD
file or directly to a printer.

If you have been using this facility, please let me know.
I intend to make changes and want to get an estimate of
what proportion of users might be affected.
