my reply.

Select SD Type 6, General - Prefix Multipliers
Mode             : SSB or CW
WPX/Oceania/Asia : O

That's all there is to it!  Exchange RS(T) + Serial.  Oceania
stations work everyone, and non-Oceania stations work Oceania
only.  If you're outside Oceania, and you're not sure what's
OK to work and what's not, don't worry - because SD shows
inappropriate callsigns in red as you enter prefixes.  You
can use Esc to quickly clear them.

It's an all-band contest, from 10 to 160m, and SD scores valid
QSOs as 20 points on 160m, 10 on 80m, 5 on 40m, 1 on 20m,
2 on 15m and 3 on 10m.

I found this by going to www.contesting.com, selected the
sd-user link, then the searchable archives link, then
entered Oceania in the search field.
