It looks like you may have selected the option (Type 4) for non-UK entrants
- where they work UK only.

Here's what I said earlier.

   Setup for UK entrants:

   Select Type 10, General - Country & Area Multipliers

   .MLT File           : RSGB
   .CTY File           : DXCC
