23:59 UTC today 1st July. There are CW, SSB and mixed
mode categories on the 6 HF contest bands + 6m and 2m.

2 points. Canadian stations with the "RAC" suffix score
20 points. Mults are Canadian provinces, by band, for
each mode.
Canadians send their 2-character province code.
