I've tried the link here, www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe, and it seems to be working - sdsetup.exe downloads as expected.
However, as usual, Windows Defender gives a warning message which can be bypassed by clicking on the "more Info" button. 

Is anyone else having difficulty?
