Why be sorry? Every time I go to buy something, especially if it is more
than a few dollars I always look at the "made in" label. Given a choice
between China, Japan, and the U.S.A I put the first two back and keep the
last. Japan internally has a *VERY* nationalist bend. Why do you think we
have a hard time selling beef and rice there? Other pacific rim countries
are the same. They have a national policy, I have an economic policy.

The engineering of TenTec is frosting on the cake ... a good radio made
in the U.S.A at a very good price. Geez, that was a simple decision.
