If you have removed the tuning knob you probably know more about it than I
do, but the manual addresses tuning knob drag on page 2-3. I've not had
much luck grabbing the chrome skirt with my stubby fingers to twist as they
say, but I have loosened my knob up a bit that way.
My keypad buttons do have to go in nearly flush to be activated. Not
having had a Paragon II for comparison purposes, I assume that is the way
they are supposed to work, and mine work fine when I do push them in that
far. Being from the band switch knob world, the buttons are something that
I am gradually getting used to.
