[TenTec] can an Omni V be taken down to

        the miliwatt range? I know some rigs have an alc circuit which can be
controled by an external setup which uses voltage to get below a watt. Can
this be done?
Why? because I just might want to do that<g>. why? because I can't think of
any better reason than why not.<g>
