I have the schematic and specs for the 670 keyer that was sold
for the Century 21. Perhaps it is similar. The 670 ran on 10-14 VDC,
taken from the rig. The plug with the red marker is the power plug. The
other RCA plug gest to the key jack but the keyer will not key
grid block circuits or any transmitter that presents a high positive
or negative voltage. Also, make sure that the springs on the paddle
make good contact with the chassis. This is the ground return for
the paddle.

The circuit board on the 670 keyer is maked with part number 80367.
If you keyer uses the same board, I'd be happy to send you a copy
of the instructions.
