Per "McElroy World's champion Telegrapher, by Tom French... on page 60 it
shows a chart of telegraph characters
etc..... there are no 4 letter Q signals, or 4 letter Aeronautical Q
signals, or 4 letter Z signals. The chart was
published in 1943... so perhaps it is before then. If anyone
has a copy of the " Phillips Code".. it may give a better answer.
I imagine one of the Key collectors in the group
may have one. ( Wish I had a copy or a reprint).
