I just received my July 1999 issue of QST Magazine.
I again would like to congratulate W4PA on his CW QRP First Place
Overall win.
(Boy, some people will go to any length to rub it in; even so far
as to convince ARRL to re-publish the results posted last
month--they even made up some lame excuse about misprinted
results. Isn't it enough we get to see his picture in QST every
month now???)
