[TenTec] Frequency Lockup Blues

Hi to All-- I had problem that main tuning encoder would not change the
frequency on foctory VI+. TT tech advised to interchange rit and main
tuning cables (55 & 56 or 54& 55 if I remember correctly) and let rit
encoder control main tuning to check. I did & it did. I then ordered a
new main encoder and all is well
