[TenTec] Omni VI+ mic input

I think if you look at the Model 563 Wiring Diagram, microphone jack, you will
see that the GND is, indeed, indicated as being connected directly to chassis.
This was just confirmed on my radio with a voltage check (no difference) and
with a resistance check (dead short) just a moment ago.
