Not new, no there isn't. I did elect to spend a little more and get a good,
user (admittedly Japanese) six meter rig so that I could monitor the band
while operating HF. Because of the sporadic nature of six meter activity,
unless you own more that one HF rig, I still feel this is the way to go.
Good used modern rigs start at around $250-$300 for this band.
Now, when Ten Tec releases the 526 / 6N2, if they hold to their $800 price
point, they will truly have something unbeatable. I think I am one of many
waiting for that rig to be released.
