I am in the process of picking up a Triton IV for a backup radio to the
OmniVI and (likely) a radio to use in a 2nd station. That second station
will in time have some sort of amp so I can use it for SS and be NOT
in EB section! Anyway, I would of course like to run a full QSK amp.
So my question: has anyone done a QSK loop mod to a Triton IV to run
a Tentec QSK amp? I have a Titan now with the OmniVI and previously
modified an OmniD per Tentec instructions to put the two connections
into it to interface with the Titan.
I tried Tentec this morning but their guy who works on the older
rigs is out for a few days.
