Another factor,
Any rig left in storage could have electrolytic capacitors deform from non
use.  Cycle the power once in a while on any little used rig to keep the
electrolytics in top form smoothing the DC supply.  I was going to suggest
the drifty Corsair have its various oscillator voltages monitored on power
up with a Good DC meter, and see if it has a variation.  You might have to
go to an AC scale and see if you can monitor ripple on low AC scale.
