Hi folks -
I have an OMNI V with the 250 filter installed and a 500 in the narrow
slot. Two Inrad 2.4, 10 pole filters are in the 2.4 slots. Here's my
question. When I switch from the 500 to the 250 filter, it seems as if
the background noise on the 250 filter is raised in pitch quite a bit -
sort of a roaring sound compared to noise heard when using the 500
filter. This results in me using the 500 filter with the narrow filter
kicked in much more often than the 250. I probably have not described
this well enough for anybody to comment, but if you follow what I'm
saying or know what to expect of a 250 filter, could you share it with
