I don't see much of a difference between e-mailed ads and the for-sale s in
newspapers or on physical bulletin boards.
He or she who checks most frequently and shows up with the money first makes
the purchase!
A delayed drawing does not reward people willing to put in the effort to
search out good deals - sounds more like socialism than capitalism to me.
Nothing wrong with socialism if a person wants to live where it's practiced.
